From November 22 until the end of December 2026, the new Christmas Train "Tannengrün & Lichterfahrt" awaits all those who want to enjoy a festive city tour through the sparkling lights of Lucerne. On board the lovingly decorated City Train, you can enjoy a cozy ride with twinkling lights, music, and live storytelling of the city’s Christmas past.
The approximately 60-minute journey passes by festively illuminated streets, glittering squares, and delightfully fragrant Christmas stalls. Whether for a festive corporate event or a special group experience, the Lucerne Christmas Train brings Christmas magic to life.
