Planned projects in the Lucerne-­Lake Lucerne Region

The new aerial tramway to the Titlis makes it possible to visit 365 days a year and facilitates the transport of goods and inspections.

The ES Rigatus is expected to make its first voyage on Lake Lucerne from 2026. The cruise ship will travel to the region's sights with up to 22 guests.

The SGV Group's project envisages 150 rooms in ***Superior standard and is intended to position itself as a family, business and holiday hotel.

The building in the village district of Andermatt Reussen will have 66 rooms in the 4*S/5S category, restaurants & bars, 164 flats and a spacious spa and fitness area. 

The new hotel in Danish design will have a lobby, breakfast area and bar as well as 138 rooms in the self-check-in model.
