At the beginning, the participants discuss the subject of their ice sculpture, which encourages an exchange of ideas and a willingness to compromise. They then set to work with special tools. Moulding the ice requires manual dexterity and close team coordination.
Clear communication is essential throughout the entire process. The participants learn to articulate visions, give constructive feedback and find solutions together - skills that can be directly transferred to everyday working life.
The end result is not only an impressive ice sculpture, but also a team that has grown closer together. The shared experience strengthens cohesion and creates a lasting symbol of team spirit.
While the participants work on the ice, the "interpersonal ice" often melts too. New sides to colleagues are discovered and the unusual experience creates something to talk about far beyond the workshop.
