The Culinarium Alpinum, located in the former Capuchin monastery in Stans, is regarded as a centre of excellence for culinary art in the Alpine region. Farmers, butchers, cookery artists and many others come together here to shape the culinary Alpine region. The guesthouse is now a member of the hotel cooperation "Responsible Hotels of Switzerland", whose members are committed to preserving the local environment and culture.
