During a making together with one of the three chocolatiers, you will discover the atelier in which all of the chocolate treats of Max Chocolatier are developed and you will try the traditional handwork yourself. The topic of sustainability accompanies Max Chocolatier in all areas and is one of the most important demands on production, packaging and products. The products are all made almost entirely by hand in the studio in Lucerne. No artificial ingredients, colourings or preservatives are used. The collections are based on the seasons and therefore feature seasonal ingredients. Whenever possible, the ingredients for the delicacies are sourced from local producers. The packaging is made of FSC-certified paper. For the cocoa mass, the company works with its partner Max Felchlin AG. Max Felchlin AG has set itself guidelines to ensure the sustainability of the cocoa and to be able to trace its origin without any gaps.
