We grill for advanced barbecuers. Whether it's fine beef or veal, down-to-earth parilla specialities in the form of liver skewers, veal tongues and homemade sausages, or of course fresh fish from the lake and sea: every single piece is refined on our own special charcoal grill and arranged by our kitchen team to create an atmospheric dish. You will also find vegetarian compositions or salads for in between. And of course, the subtle smell of the grill and a refreshing dose of cheerfulness from our team are also part of the experience.
