Savour a delectable beef tartare prepared at your table. Or classics such as a double entrecôte for two served with Béarnaise sauce, succulent Zürcher Geschnetzeltes (sautéed veal slices in creamy mushroom sauce) or veal Bratwurst served with onion sauce. The menu also includes specialities such as Lozärner Chügelipastetli (puff pastry filled with small veal meat balls in a creamy sauce), Älplermagronen (Swiss Maccaroni pasta with cheese sauce) and cheese fondue.
