Restaurant Gurschen

The Gurschen restaurant is located at the middle station of the Gemsstockbahnen.
Fine delicacies are served in two different restaurants and from February on the large sun terrace.

Gummel Restaurant
Gummel is the local term for potato. And the menu is designed according to this term. Various Röstis are available and strengthen the snow sports enthusiasts after fast rides on the challenging slopes of the Gemsstock.
Tip: Luterseeli or Gummel Bolognese are very popular!

Pastakeller
Bag of spaghetti and canned pasta? Not even close! The pasta in the pasta cellar is homemade and is the perfect strengthening for athletes. New sauces are available every day and in addition to the fresh pasta specialties, there is also a real Italian dessert buffet that seduces with a typical selection of confectionery.
Out of respect for the environment, we do not use PET bottles and plastic straws in all restaurants.
Tip: the pasta party for groups and the ravioli in sage butter.

Lunch room
The sandwich is ready in the backpack, a few snacks in the food storage box, but a brisk wind is blowing outside. Then the lunch room is just right. The cozy wooden interior makes you forget the cold and offers a cozy place to eat what you've brought with you. In the lunch room there is a kiosk selling drinks (cold and warm) and snacks.
Tip: At the food stand in front of the lunch room there are fine grills for the short break in between.

Rondodrom
360 ° view right next to the gondola lift on the Gemsstock. There is no way around this bar. With fine drinks or a sandwich you can enjoy the unique view of the snow-covered mountains, while with good music there is an exuberant atmosphere.
Tip: try the new house coffee!
