The Höfli in Stans (also known as the Rosenburg) is one of Nidwalden’s oldest residential edifices. Its rooms lend themselves to conferences, seminars, meetings and festive events. The Wirtschaft zur Rosenburg tavern has an appropriate culinary offering for every occasion.
The magnificent manor house in the centre of Stans stands out due to its size and stateliness. The exterior is in the Renaissance style (16th century) and in that of the rural Baroque (late 17th century). Closer inspection reveals that a medieval tower from the 13/14th century lies hidden in the core.
