If you have a reservation in the Scala Restaurant or in the Kitchen Club - enjoy an apero at the degustation counter while watching the chefs prepare your meal.
The Kitchen High Table is available to book every day. The capacity is limited to 26 guests at the High Table.
The Kitchen Club can be booked for exclusive parties from at least 12 until 26 people, for Christmas dinners, banquet or birthday meals.
