Outdoor winter barbecue

Equipped with cosy blankets and a warming fire, each participant grills their own skewer of meat and/or vegetables. This is accompanied by sauces, potatoes and salads as well as something sweet for dessert. The introductory aperitif takes place on the terrace but you eat in the warmth. A good chat while you turn your barbecue skewer. A perfect opportunity to exchange ideas and toast to the year ahead.
