In the rustic chalet in the Kurpark, right next to The Palace Bar, guests can enjoy a hearty fondue, sparkling Ruinart champagne and a magnificent view of the snow-covered park during the winter months. The chalet is furnished with wooden tables and benches, as well as cosy furs to make you feel comfortable.
The chalet can be booked for corporate dinners on request and seats around 40 people.
This year too, a special fondue will be served by Sälmi Töngi, one of the popular Engelberg alpine cheesemakers. In addition to the Engelberg version, there are also the classics Moitié-Moitié and Vacherin Fribourgeois.
In addition, meat lovers can enjoy the finest fondue chinoise every Wednesday evening and classic raclette from the cheese wheel every Sunday evening.
