The Culinarium Alpinum, an erstwhile monastery is now used as a hotel and a center of excellence for the local alpine culinary and opens in early autumn 2020. The guests will find the spirit of the diversity of the alps in the educational program and a complete regional food and beverage offer.

- 6 friendly meeting rooms with daylight and a school kitchen for 15 persons (19 sqm - 90 sqm)
- 14 classily and homely hotel rooms with view over the edible garden and the alps panorama, all with bathroom
- Restaurant and terrace – served will be authentic regional products
- Klostersaal – the erstwhile library of the monastery, including an adjoining outdoor garden room is the largest function room, which has a seating capacity of 100 persons
