Hybrid events at the Lucerne Exhibition Center

In the Forum of the Lucerne Exhibition Center, events can be implemented in compliance with the official COVID requirements. The high-level infrastructure allows both presence events but also hybrid formats up to complete online productions.

Price presence event:
Half day (up to 4 hrs.): CHF 1'500 plus CHF 25.00 per person
Full day (up to 10 hours): CHF 2'200 plus CHF 30.00 per person

Upgrade hybrid event / online production:
- 4K video camera on podium
- Multimedia laptop
- green screen with lighting
- Internet connection
- Additional event technician
Price upgrade: CHF 2'500/half day or CHF 2'900/full day
