Go Sustainable in Zurich and Lucerne!

Experience sustainability

The second edition of ‘Go Sustainable’ will take place from 03 to 06 April 2025 in Lucerne and Zurich. The first night will be in Lucerne, the city of lights, followed by a further two nights in the metropolis of Zurich. This exclusive study trip offers the chance to get to know two of Switzerland's premium MICE destinations in an inspiringly sustainable way. The focus is on first-class sustainability practices, circular economy at events and making valuable contacts. We set an example by taking all three dimensions of sustainability - ecological, social and economic - when planning and realising. Participation, including round-trip travel between London and Switzerland, is covered by ***Eurostar*** and ***TGV*** ***Lyria*** and is free of charge for you!

    - **6:00 am:** Meeting at London St. Pancras International **(passport control, security check etc.)**
    - **7:01 am:** Departure London St. Pancras International, arrival in Paris Gare du Nord at 10:29 am
    - **10:29 am:** Transfer to Gare de Lyon
    - **12:22 pm:** Departure from Gare de Lyon with Lyria, arrival in Basel at 3:26 pm
    - Travel **by train to Lucerne**
    - **6:12 pm:** Arrival at the Lucerne train station
    - Short walk with Tiffany and Gregory to Hotel Waldstätterhof or Hotel Continental Park
    - **7:30 pm:** Meeting point in the Lobbies
    - **7:45 pm:** **Neubad Lucerne**: Unique culinary experience in the former swimming pool with tour and introduction

        **Cruise** with reduced fuel consumption: lunch and in-house exhibition on board the **MS Cirrus**
    - **12:55 pm:** Arrival in Vitznau
    - **1:15 pm:** Cogwheel train from Vitznau to Rigi
        
        **Mount Rigi**: experience the **Swisstainable Leading Region** up close
    - **3:45 pm:** Cogwheel train to Arth Goldau

    - **4:45 pm:** Train to Zurich

    - **11:00 am: Taste the Waste Workshop**: Creative ideas for new concepts without food waste
        
        Tour of the hotel, activities, Lunch and a roundtable discussion at the 25 hours hotel

    - **5:30 pm:** **Aperitif tram ride**: Discover Zurich from the centre of the street
